Have any questions, suggestions, or comments about Instrumentl? We'd love to hear from you! Send us an email anytime at hello@instrumentl.com where our friendly Support team will get back to you as soon as possible.

Our business hours are Monday - Friday, 9 AM - 5 PM Eastern Time. We do close for certain holidays throughout the year (check the chat bubble when signed in to see if we've posted an out-of-office message).

Our typical response time varies by volume, but we usually respond to every email the same day it is received (if sent within business hours).

We're here to support you throughout all stages of your grants journey, as well as with questions about our database, platform features, subscriptions, plans, pricing, user management, feature requests and billing.

Application Forms (Apply)

If you're subscribed to a plan that includes our AI grant writing feature, Apply, then you may need to correspond with our Apply team about Application Forms.

Some scenarios where you may be unable to ask for an Application Form for a saved opportunity in your Tracker via the Request Application button (outlined here) include:

  • You were invited to apply for a grant from an invite-only funder, and so the full proposal document is not publicly available.

  • You have an existing Application Form built and completed within a saved opportunity (LOI, e.g.), but you need another Application Form to work on the full proposal.

In these instances, you'll need to send the full proposal to our Apply team so they can build an Application Form for you to work on in Apply for that funding opportunity.

Likewise, if there are any issues, errors or needed edits to an existing Application Form in Apply, such as missing or incorrect questions, word count, etc., then reaching out to the Apply team will be necessary.
