Instrumentl's Raiser's Edge NXT integration is a one-way sync of data from Instrumentl to RENXT. This makes it easier than ever to reduce duplicative data entry, enrich funder constituent records, and provide deeper insights to your organization's broader fundraising team in RENXT.
This article focuses on mapping fields between Instrumentl and RENXT when configuring your integration — Please refer to our main Raiser's NXT Integration Guide first for more information on overall capabilities and full setup instructions.
➡️ Mappable Fields
Many Instrumentl Funder, Opportunity, and Task fields can be mapped to corresponding Raiser's Edge NXT fields. See the Instrumentl to RENXT field name mapping tables below to verify which fields can be synced.
Note: Custom Fields in Instrumentl can be mapped to Custom Fields in Raiser’s Edge, provided they are the same data type.
We do not support Y/N fields or picklists for Custom Field mapping.
The integration does support text, date, and currency fields.
RENXT does not support line breaks in Custom Fields, so any line breaks in Instrumentl’s long-text fields won’t persist when synced.
RENXT does not support emojis, so any emojis in Instrumentl Custom Fields will render as
❓
in RENXT.
