Accounting integrations
Connect your grant financials directly to your accounting software. With accounting integrations, your awarded grant data flows seamlessly into your accounting system, reducing duplicate data entry and keeping your books accurate and up to date. We currently support integrations with Sage Intacct and QuickBooks Online. You can also automate exports and uploads from any accounting tool.

Instrumentl Spenddown makes it easy to track grant spending directly within Instrumentl. Budget vs Actuals
Create Budget vs. Actuals reports in minutes. Align your team; answer funders on time. You can enter a custom date range or the full award period. Filter for Planned and Ignored Expenses. What used to take hours takes a few clicks.
You can also generate a Financials Report to export budget, expense and payment data from all of the awarded grants across every project on your account. This will download as a Zip file comprised of CSV reports for each award.
API integration
With the API integration, you can leverage Instrumentl’s API to connect grant data with your internal systems. Automate workflows and streamline operations.
Our Instrumentl API will provide access to Instrumentl's extensive grant and funder information. Get funder data, active funding opportunities, saved tasks, and much more, so you can build a robust data pipeline and automate complex workflows while utilizing webhooks to keep your system up to date with changes in Instrumentl.
