If you've reached the user limit on your account, not to worry! While your plan comes with a baseline user allotment, you can purchase additional Core User seats for just $5 per user per month (or $60/user/year when billed annually).

Note: only users with the Admin role can purchase additional user seats.
Purchase additional Core Users
To add more Core User slots to your account, follow the instructions below:
Navigate to Account > Settings at the bottom left menu on your screen.

In the 'Your subscription' section, you'll see the total number of available Core User seats. Select Manage to navigate to the 'Subscription' page.
From the 'Current Plan' section, select Change your plan.
This takes you to the Pricing page. Locate the plan you're currently subscribed to and select Edit Plan.
You'll now be at the "checkout" page. Under 'FEATURES', you'll see the number of Core Users included on your plan. Open the dropdown menu and select the new total number of Core User seats you want on your account.
For example, if you have 5 Core User seats on your plan and wish to add 1 additional user seat, then you'd select '6' to update your subscription to include the baseline of 5 Core Users + 1 additional user seat (totaling 6).
After selecting your new number of Core User seats, you'll notice on the right side under 'Plan Summary' the number of additional users you're adding and the price of these extra user seats.
It's important to note that you will not be charged today for the price of your plan plus the additional user seats. The grand total next to 'Total due now' indicates what you'll pay at renewal.
Today, you'll only be charged a prorated amount for the remainder of this billing cycle. In the example above, if I pay for 1 additional user on an annual plan exactly 6 months into my current subscription period, I will be charged $30 (half of the $60/user/year price since I'm halfway through my billing cycle).
This is explained on the checkout page under 'Plan Summary':
When you're ready, click Confirm Payment. Upon successful payment, Account Owners will receive an emailed receipt (Admin users can access this and previous receipts/invoices—learn how here).
Purchase additional Collaborators
Accounts subscribed to the Professional Plan or above can add external Collaborator users to their team. As with Core Users, there is a baseline number of available Collaborator seats. Should you reach the limit on the number of Collaborator users and wish to add additional Collaborator seats, reach out to our team at hello@instrumentl.com for assistance and pricing.

Customize project access: Available to nonprofits on the Pro Plan & above, and consultants on the Advanced Plan, the Project Member role allows Admins and Members to set project access controls for Core Users on the team with the Project Member role.
