Instrumentl account Owners will receive an emailed receipt upon payment each billing cycle. As the Owner, you can also retrieve past receipts & invoices at any time by going to Account > Settings at the bottom of the left-hand navigation bar:
From there, select Manage:
You'll find a list of all your historical invoices to date. When you click View Invoice, you can access a downloadable PDF of both the receipt and invoice for your records.
If you aren't seeing the option to view your invoice, this is likely because you are not the account Owner or an Admin user! You can verify who is listed as the account Owner/Admin by going to Account > Manage Team.
