Instrumentl account owners will receive an emailed receipt upon payment each billing cycle. As an account owner, you can also retrieve past receipts at any time by going to Account > Settings at the bottom of your lefthand navigation bar.
From there, click on the button that says Manage plan.
You'll find a list of all your historical receipts to date. When you click View Receipt, you can also access a printable version for your records.
If you aren't seeing the option to view your receipt, this is likely because you are not the account owner! You can verify who is listed as the account owner by going to Account > Manage Team.
