Where can I find my invoices / receipts?

Instrumentl Account Owners will receive an emailed receipt upon payment each billing cycle. Core Users with an Admin role can also retrieve past receipts & invoices at any time by going to Account > Settings in the bottom-left-hand menu.

On the Settings page, under 'Billing Information', select Manage billing.

*Note: If you don't see the Manage billing button on the Settings page, it's likely because you are not the Account Owner or an Admin user. You can verify the listed account Owner/Admin by going to Account > Manage Team.

At the top of the billing page, you'll see your account's current subscription details (plan, billing cadence, price and the next billing date).

At the bottom of the page, under 'Invoice History', you'll find the past invoices to date. At a glance, you can see the Invoice Date, $ Amount, Invoice Status (Paid, e.g.), and Plan.

To find older invoices beyond what's initially shown, select View more to display more invoices.

Tip: Click the πŸ” magnifying glass icon to search/filter invoices by $ amount, month (abbrv.: Jan, Feb, e.g.), or plan (Pro, e.g.).

Once you've selected an invoice, a new tab will load where you can view the Invoice Number, Payment Date and Payment Method. To view the full, official invoice or receipt as a PDF, select Download invoice or Download receipt. The PDF will download to your local device ("Downloads folder" on desktop, e.g.).

If you're an Account Owner or Admin user, and you don't see Manage billing on the Settings page, but instead you see Manage plan - Contact us, it's most likely because your account is subscribed to one of our larger-organization plans, such as the Advanced, University and Enterprise Plans. Selecting Manage plan - Contact us will prompt you to email our Support team at hello@instrumentl.com. If your account has a dedicated Customer Success Manager, you can contact them directly to obtain receipts/invoices even faster!
