You can terminate / suspend your subscription at any time, and you will retain access until the end of your billing cycle. If you subscribed to an annual contract, you will retain access through the end of the contract. Your data will be deleted 30 days from your last day of service. Please note that refunds are not issued for the unused time left in your billing cycle.

For customers in their first year of an annual plan, we have a 30 Day Money-Back guarantee where if you decide to cancel your plan within the first 30 days, we can refund the remaining unused time of your subscription.

To cancel your subscription, account managers can navigate to Account > Settings > Manage > Cancel subscription. Alternatively, you can send us a message through the chat box or email hello@instrumentl.com.

If you'd like to preserve your data for a reduced fee, ask us in your message about Maintenance Mode. This is especially helpful for organizations undergoing temporary changes in terms of available budget, grant writing bandwidth, personnel or organizational focus shifts.

To reactivate your subscription, log into Instrumentl and check out with the plan that works best for you. This will start a new billing cycle on the day that you reactivate.
