Hiding matches is a great way to remove funders/opportunities that aren't a good fit to ensure you are only focusing on the best prospects.
Hidden items will not appear in your matches for future cycles. For example, if you hide a PetSmart opportunity in 2024, its 2025 cycle will be hidden as well.
Matches can either be hidden from a specific project or from all projects, which influences where they live in your account.
Hide from this project
Opportunities that are hidden from specific projects will be located within that project.
First navigate to that project's Matches tab:
Then look for the Hidden from This Project section:
This will show all the matches hidden from that particular project alone.
Hide from all projects
Matches hidden from all projects are located at the bottom of the left-hand navigation column that lists all of your projects.
Unhide or save a previously hidden match
When reviewing your hidden matches, you can either unhide the item or save the item.
Clicking Save will move the item to your Tracker, while clicking Unhide from this project will move that item back to your Matches list.
Hiding matches allows you to stay organized and hone in on the best fits while prospecting.
