Start a conversation
Location of chat bubble
To start a conversation through your account's chat feature, click on the white chat bubble inside a dark circle, as shown here:
The chat bubble is located near the bottom-right-hand corner of your screen:
Draft a message
From near the top of the expanded "bubble", select Send us a message:
Then let us know what's on your mind! You can attach documents, insert pictures, transcribe a voice message, and utilize GIFs & emojis π
Response times
While response times do vary due to volume, on average you should hear back from us within 30-45 minutes. At most, we'll reply to you the following business day.
Our office hours are Monday to Friday between 9am and 5pm Eastern Time. For some holidays during the year, our office does close - you can tell if we're away if you see an out-of-office message like this:
Change the size of the window
If the chat window is too small, you can enlarge it by clicking the three-dot menu and then Expand window:
To return to the original size, select Collapse window from the same three-dot menu:
Closing and returning to chat messenger
To close the chat messenger, just click the down-arrow button at the bottom-right-hand corner:
If you want to return to a previous conversation, simply reopen the chat bubble and select Messages:
From there, you can select the conversation you wish to revisit:
Help Center
You can search for answers, solutions and guides from our Help Center. When you first open up the chat bubble, you land on the Home tab by default. From here, you can browse our entire library of articles organized in collections, or you can type key words at the top to surface relevant articles.
The same goes for the Help tab:
