How to use your account's chat feature to message us

Have any questions, comments, or need other assistance while using Instrumentl? Our friendly Customer Support team is here to help, via email and chat!

You can contact us directly through your account via the chat messenger whenever you have a question while working. Ask us anything, or simply share your feedback and suggestions! If you need to get in touch with our Sales Team, we can help with that too.

To start a conversation through your account's chat feature, click on the black chat bubble near the bottom right of your screen.

Click "send us a message" and let us know what's going on. One of our team members will respond within a business day (though it's usually sooner) to help you out!

You'll receive responses through the chat messenger as well as to your email.

Note: To minimize the chat bubble, just click the black down arrow button at the bottom right corner.

You can also look through suggested articles and search our entire collection of Help Center articles directly from the chat box.
