Instrumentl’s Outlook Calendar Integration syncs grant deadlines directly to Outlook so you and your team can manage submissions, reporting, and tasks alongside your meetings and daily workflows.

Set up your Custom Calendar Links
To get started, login to Instrumentl and navigate to Account > Integrations > Calendar Settings.
From there, select + Add a Calendar Link. You'll be able to customize the types of deadlines to appear on that specific calendar link.
Once finished, Copy that new link — you’ll paste it into Outlook in the next step.
You can also share this link with teammates or clients so they can subscribe to the calendar in their own Outlook accounts.
Sync with Outlook Calendar
Open a new tab and open your Outlook Calendar (web version). On the left hand side, click Add calendar.
Click Subscribe from web.
Paste your Instrumentl URL link in the box. Enter the calendar title and select My calendars from the "Add to" dropdown. Then, click Import.
You’re all set! Now you will see your Instrumentl deadlines on your Outlook Calendar.
Sync Timing & Additional Notes
Outlook may take a few hours to refresh subscribed calendars.
This is a one-way sync — changes made in Outlook will not update Instrumentl.
If Outlook defaults to Split View, uncheck that option to view your Instrumentl deadlines alongside your primary calendar.
Additionally, if you encounter persistent integration issues, ensure you have checked for application updates or tried adding the calendar link via a different browser as outlined above.
