How to set up your Apple Calendar Integration

Step by step guide on how to sync your Instrumentl Calendar to Apple Calendar.

On Instrumentl, navigate to Account > Integrations.

From here, click “Settings” and “Copy” to copy the link to your Instrumentl Calendar.

Open the Calendar app on your Apple device.

Navigate to File > New Calendar Subscription.

Paste your Instrumentl URL link and click “Subscribe”.

Update the Calendar information (tip: we recommend re-syncing every hour!) and click “OK” when done.

You’re all set! Now you will see your Instrumentl deadlines on your Apple Calendar. Any updates made in Instrumentl will be reflected in your Apple Calendar as well. Please note that updates may take a few hours to sync from Instrumentl to your external calendar.
