Instrumentl’s Apple Calendar Integration syncs grant deadlines directly to Apple iCal so you and your team can manage submissions, reporting, and tasks all in one place.

Set up your Custom Calendar Links
To get started, log in to Instrumentl and navigate to Account > Integrations > Calendar Settings.
From there, select + Add a Calendar Link. You'll be able to customize the types of deadlines to appear on that specific calendar link.
Once finished, copy that new link — you’ll paste it into Apple in the next step.
You can also share this link with teammates or clients so they can subscribe to the calendar in their own Apple accounts.
Sync with Apple Calendar
Next, open the Calendar app on your Apple device and navigate to File > New Calendar Subscription.
Paste your Instrumentl Calendar URL and click Subscribe.
Update the Calendar information (tip: we recommend re-syncing every hour!) and click OK when done.
You’re all set! Now you will see your Instrumentl deadlines on your Apple Calendar.
Any updates made in Instrumentl will also be reflected in your Apple Calendar.
Note: Updates may take a few hours to sync from Instrumentl to your external calendar.
