Instrumentl is your one-stop shop for grant tracking and prospecting, which is why we include dedicated space to store your grants' application portal credentials.

With so many separate accounts to create in order to apply for grants, we've streamlined the application process, allowing you to save your login information directly within each unique opportunity page. Keep it handy right in Instrumentl!

To add your grant's portal credentials, click into the corresponding grant from your project's Tracker, open the Overview tab, and scroll down to the "Grant Portal" section:

Portal credentials include your username, password, and URL. After filling out your info:

  • Click Open โ†’ to the right of the portal URL to open the linked webpage.

  • Click on the "Copy" icons next to your username and password to quickly copy and paste your credentials from Instrumentl into the portal login.

Now all of your unique login details can be easily organized and accounted for within Instrumentl! Access your grant's application portal at any time to make any necessary updates or check in on your submissions.

All stored login credentials are securely encrypted and accessible to all teammates with access permissions to that project's grant page.

Do you have other funder information you'd like to store in Instrumentl, but can't find the right place for it? Eliminate this issue by creating Custom Fields for funders! Read more about Custom Fields here.
