Instrumentl is your one-stop shop for grant tracking and prospecting, which is why we have added fields to store your funder portal credentials.

No more forgetting your password or misplacing login information. Keep it all in Instrumentl! This includes the URL to the funder portal, your username and password.

To add your funder portal credentials, first click into the grant from your Tracker and then navigate to the 'Documents & Resources' tab to see “Funder Portal Credentials.”

Now, all of your unique funder login credentials can be easily stored and organized in Instrumentl, so you can quickly access the funder’s website and make any necessary updates to your proposal.

The copy icon next to your credentials will allow you to easily copy and paste your information from Instrumentl to the funder website.

To copy the website, click the copy icon to the right of the fields, and paste into the URL of your browser.

When it’s time to enter your credentials, click the copy icon next to your username and password, and paste into the funder portal.

All login credentials you add are securely encrypted when stored and accessible to everyone on your account.
