If you decide that a funding opportunity is better suited to a different project or to the Unassigned Tracker, it's important to reflect that in Instrumentl.
To move a grant from one project to another project/Unassigned:
Open up the saved opportunity from your Tracker view.
Click on the name of the project where this grant is currently saved, located in the top-right corner of the saved grant page next to 'Select Owner'.
This will open up the MOVE GRANT TO dropdown menu. Search or scroll to find the desired destination.
Once located, select the project or Unassigned.
Lastly, click Done in the bottom-right corner.
It's important to keep your opportunities organized in the correct projects! If you instead want to save a grant across multiple projects, you need to duplicate the opportunity. Learn more about that here.
