Our platform emails are designed to help keep you and your team in the loop, enhancing collaboration and cohesion. We'll alert you to funder updates to your saved grants, send weekly reminders for upcoming deadlines & new grant matches, and provide you with various types of task notifications.
You can edit your email notifications by going to Account > Settings from your lefthand navigation bar:
From there, you can customize your email settings to your preference:
Choosing "Only for my Projects" means you'll receive emails for Projects where you're the Project Lead.
Selecting "For all team projects" will send emails for every Project you have access to, whether you're a Project Lead or not.
If you'd like to unsubscribe from receiving any or all of these email notifications, simply select "No emails" on the corresponding dropdown menus above.
Don't forget to click the purple Save Changes button to update your email preferences!
Changing your Timezone
You can adjust your timezone on the Settings page as well. The timezone you choose will affect the display of times on Instrumentl.
The account manager's timezone will also be used to determine when to send notifications to your team:
