Note: This article is relevant to core users only. Teammates with designated Collaborator access cannot log in or access the associated account by design (Collaborator seats are included beginning on the Pro Plan and above).
Update your password, email, & name
If you'd like to change the password, email address, and name associated with your Instrumentl account login, simply navigate to the menu on bottom-left of your screen and click Account > Settings.
From the Settings page, you can easily edit your name, email, and your password.
When updating your password, type your new, secure password of choice in both fields to ensure they match. Don't forget to scroll down and click "Save changes" when you're finished!
Each individual user can update their own personal information. Account owners/admin cannot do this on behalf of others. E.g., if you've added a core user to your account and accidentally misspelled their name, they'll be able to update that information themselves in their account settings.
Forgot password
Logging in for the first time or forgot your password? No worries!
Visit https://www.instrumentl.com/login and click Forgot your password? to get a password reset link sent to your email:
Then, just enter the email address associated with your Instrumentl account and click submit:
You'll receive a password reset link in your inbox and can change it from there.
Still unable to login!
No worries if you're still having difficulties accessing your account! Our customer support team can also provide you with a temporary link to reset your password. Just shoot us an email at hello@instrumentl.com.
