If you'd like to update your password from within your account, forgot your password, are a new Core User logging in for the first time, or experiencing other access issues, we've got you covered. Need to update your name or email? No problem!

Note: This article is relevant to Core Users only. Teammates with designated Collaborator access cannot log in or access the associated account by design (Collaborator seats are included beginning on the Pro Plan and above).
Update your email, name & password
On your Settings page, each individual user can easily edit their own personal information. Account owners/admins cannot do this on behalf of other Core Users. E.g., if you've added a Core User to your account and accidentally misspelled their name, they'll be able to update that information themselves in their account settings.
To change the email address, name, password, or other credentials associated with your unique Instrumentl account login, simply navigate to the menu on bottom-left of your screen and click Account > Settings.
Under the "Your Information" section, update your name and email:
Under the "Security" section, update your password:
When changing your password, type your new, secure password of choice into both fields to ensure they match. Don't forget to click the "Save changes" button under any section(s) you've updated!

Forgot password
Having trouble logging into Instrumentl for the first time or forgot your password? No worries!
Visit https://www.instrumentl.com/login and click "Forgot your password?" to get a password reset link sent to your email:
Then, just enter the email address associated with your Instrumentl account and hit Submit:
You'll receive a password reset link in your inbox and can change it from there.
Unable to login!
No worries if you're still having difficulties accessing your account. Our Customer Support team can also provide you with a secure, temporary link to reset your password! Get in touch via hello@instrumentl.com.
