To get the most out of your account, you'll want to take advantage of the number of project spaces that come with your plan.

To add a new project, select + Project near the top of the left-hand navigation bar:

Purple arrow points toward a purple-outlined button with purple text, labeled "+ Project"

If this is your first time creating a project, be sure to check out our guide to setting up the perfect project.

If you do not see the option to add a new project, your account Owner/Admin may have set User Permissions that limit your project access. Get in touch with them if you need to add a new project! (Not sure who's the Owner or an Admin on your account? Go to Account > Manage team)

If you've reached your account's project limit and do not wish to delete an active project, then you can upgrade your plan for additional project capacity. This will also help you unlock any "locked" projects.

Purchase additional projects by upgrading your plan

  1. Head to Account > Settings at the bottom-left-hand corner of your screen

  2. Select Manage

  3. Select Change your plan

  4. You'll be taken to the Pricing page where you can browse plans you can upgrade to. To proceed, simply select Upgrade and then Confirm Payment.
