Look for the gray +Project link at the upper left of your screen to add a new project to your account.
If you've reached the limit for projects on your account, you can upgrade your plan to unlock additional project allocations.
Purchase additional projects by updating your plan
Visit Account then Settings from your left navigation
Select 'Manage your subscription'
Select 'Change your plan'
Update your plan to include the desired number of projects
