To get the most out of your account, you'll want to take advantage of the number of project spaces that come with your plan.
Create a new project
To add a new project, select + New from the left navigation menu.

If this is your first time creating a project, be sure to check out our guide to setting up the perfect project.
If you do not see the option to add a new project, your account Owner/Admin may have set User Permissions that limit your access to projects. Get in touch with them if you need to add a new project! If you're unsure who the Account Owner or Admins are, go to Account > Manage team.
Delete a Project to free up space
If you've reached your account's project limit, you can delete a project to free up "space" to add a new one. Navigate to the 'Project Actions' menu (vertical 3-dot button) for the desired project listed in the left nav menu. From there, select Delete.
Note:
While you can replace a deleted project with a new one, deleted projects cannot be "archived" or recovered later - deleting a project results in permanent erasure from the system.
Once you delete a project, all saved opportunities, along with their data (Notes, Tasks, etc.), will also be deleted. If you wish to retain any grant data, you can transfer opportunities to a different project before you delete the project they're currently saved to.
If you do not wish to delete an active project but have reached your project limit, you can upgrade your plan for additional project capacity. This will also help you unlock any "locked" projects.
Purchase additional project capacity
If you need more projects than your plan allows, consider upgrading to a plan that includes more project workspaces. Compare project capacities and features on our Pricing page to choose the best plan for your needs β don't hesitate to reach out to our Customer Support team for guidance!
Head to Account > Settings > Manage > Change your plan

You'll be taken to the Pricing page, where you can browse different plan offerings. To proceed, simply select Upgrade and then Confirm Payment.
